Your tasks / spare parts:

  • Preparation and negotiation of annual business plans for partners in parts sales, including specifications and agreements on measures and activities that guarantee the achievement of annual targets.
  • On-site support for spare parts dealers, service partners and key customers
  • Expansion of sales channels in the country - from location planning to start-up support for new partners
  • Development of spare parts sales strategies together with the specialist department
  • Monitoring spare parts prices and the competitive landscape
  • Contact for complaints and problems of any kind relating to spare parts
  • Reviewing and optimizing stock levels in collaboration with customers.
  • Submission of proposals to improve delivery speed and reliability
  • Conducting audits and implementing measures to professionalize the service partner network

Your tasks / customer service:

  • Advising customers on specific technical problems and complaints
  • Developing solutions in consultation with the specialist departments
  • Creation and processing of complaint cases
  • On-site assessment of technical problems and identification of remedial measures
  • Coordination and monitoring of service calls when required

Your requirements:

  • Qualification in sales is an advantage
  • Several years of experience in the after-sales sector, ideally in the commercial vehicle or automotive sector
  • Experience in dealing with spare parts management and customer service
  • Knowledge of spare parts distribution and logistics
  • Technical understanding and ability to recognize technical problems and develop solutions
  • Experience in the creation of business plans
  • Fluent knowledge of the local language
  • Good to very good knowledge of English and/or German
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to observe and analyze market and competitive situations
  • Proactive and independent way of working
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office applications
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the sales territory
  • Participation in trade fairs and events
  • Ability to cooperate with various specialist departments
